Free group training every Saturday at Parqu de le Madre

Hi, I’m Todd Hetzel, a personal trainer from New Jersey now living in Cuenca. I’ve designed a full-body exercise routine to build stronger muscles, improve balance and completely tone the body. It’s for people who want to have fun and is perfect for both beginners and those already in training.

We’ll use the theraband system to tone and get a full body workout. What my clients love about the thereaband method is that the resistance and intensity is totally up to them. The resistance is determined by how you hold the band.

The sessions will last between 45 minutes and an hour and will include warm up/stretching, theraband full body toning and a cool down/meditation. The session is free this and every Saturday, but you will need to either purchase a theraband from me for $5 or bring your own. Please reserve with if you need a band so that I have enough therabands for everyone.

Class begins at 10 AM at Parque de la Madre, near the corner of 12 de Abril and Federico Malo. Just look for the bald guy with a gray beard.

I am also available for hire on a one-on-one basis at your home or location of your choosing for $10 per session or group training at $5 per session. Please contact me by email if you’d like to talk.

If exercise isn’t fun, you’re doing something wrong - let me help you. Commit to get fit #toddhetzelfitness
