Recommendation for Visa Angels, visa/cedulas

Got in touch with Jodie Mansfield of Visa Angels, via email, almost 3 years ago while researching moving to Ecuador from Wisconsin, USA. Four months and two weeks ago we arrived in EC with all the paperwork from Jodie's instructions. My wife had no "readable" fingerprints per the FBI; we got 3 rejections from channelers. Got here and Jodie handled all the necessary translations and notarizations through her long established network of Ecuadorian professionals. This also included a trip to the Ecuadorian FBI so that we could get a letter from them to allow the Ministerio of Immigration to issue our visas without prints. We got our visa stamps exactly 12 weeks to the day, then cedulas a few days later. All communications, email and phone, were at no charge. Our actual expenses were her (minimal) per hour fee for walking paperwork through the ever-changing system, interpretations, notaries, and transportation. Plus all the encouragement one would ever need when facing the possibility of being evicted from the country because of no fingerprints. There are lawyers and facilitators out there to assist, but from my personal experience and from expat reports - Jodie gets things done!
