Stretch Therapy is more effective and has longer lasting results than stretching on your own.   While you relax, the Stretch Therapist uses a variety of stretching techniques, to gently lengthen muscles and increase your range of motion. Sessions are 30 minutes. Fee $10.

Sky has a degree in sports medicine and is certified in every facet of fitness, all levels of Pilates, personal training, functional training, TRX and Rip, HIT, ball/bosu, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
